Concert Band
The concert band at Franklin Park Middle School consists of all 6th-8th grade band students. Concert band members also participate in marching band and pep band. We march in 3 parades in October and the pep band plays at most home basketball games. We also attend IGSMA Contests and participate in many different Honor Bands and Festivals.
Concert Band meets everyday during Advisory Period. Students also have lessons throughout the week. I have made the best effort to see that all students have a lesson twice a week. I have created seperate pages for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade band members so parents and students can see the lesson schedule and each students nine week grading requirements.
