In the area of Social Studies & Reading, Rhodes a certified relative of Revolutionary War Hero Nathan Hale, shares chapters from his upcoming book, “The Forgotten Seed of Freedom.” Rhodes for the past several conferences has covered Washington, Braddock, and Rodgers. At this conference, Rhodes will discuss the famous enduring novel. “The Last of The Mohicans.” Regular and Special Education Teachers will use this high interest novel to motivate reading students by bringing the battle of Fort William Henry on beautiful Lake George to life with a vivid power point presentation that will dispel myths and forge a new appreciation for the forgotten seed of our true freedom – The French & Indian War.
