Meet Mrs. Lever
| Hello! I'm Mrs.
Lever, 4th grade teacher at Franklin Park School. This is my
ninth year teaching, but only my third year teaching 4th grade in Salem.
Previously, I taught 7th grade language arts at Carlyle Jr. High. I
earned my teaching certificate at McKendree University in Lebanon, IL.
I am beyond excited to be teaching here this year! I love being in
the classroom with young people. They have so much excitement and
curiosity that makes teaching them so enjoyable.
My husband, David, and I both grew up in Salem and attended school here. He now teaches in the science department at Salem Community High School and coaches the boy's golf team. We have two beautiful, very energetic daughters, Reagan and Addison, who keep us very busy. It is my goal to make your child's classroom a place where they feel safe, confident, and successful. It is my hope that your child will not only improve their skills and gain more knowledge this year but also love the process of learning and become lifelong learners.
