Dry out the inside of the Chicken
Keep some towels handy
You will need some rock salt
Be sure to name them
Pour in some table salt
?
Put your chicken in the freezer bag
Move the salt around the chicken
Pour in more salt until the bag is filled
Tape it good and tight.
Now it's ready to sit for 10 days.
