Materials:
1 whole chicken
Gallon self-sealing bag
12 pounds of salt
Bottle of Olive Oil
Spices (rosemary, cinnamon,
and cloves)
Lacquer finish
Directions:
Give the Mummy a name.
Wash chicken and pat it dry.
Place chicken in gallon bag
& fill remainder with salt.
After 10 days change the
salt.
After 20 days change the
salt.
Remove the chicken from the
bag. Wash it, rub oil on it, and cover it with spices.
Wrap it in cloth & coat
with lacquer.
